Machine Structure:
This spring roll production line is composed of mixer, batter feeding part, heating&shaping cylinder, cutter, conveying & cooling part and sheet stacking parts, stuffing filling machine, folding machine, rolling machine and so on.
Production Process of Industrial Spring Roll Machine
1. Start the machine, adjust the temperature, and pour the batter into the bucket of the spring roll wrapper making machine.
2. Wait for the spring roll sheets to be completed, and the conveyor belt will send the spring rolls and pastries to the spring roll line.
3. Spring roll wrapper machine can be made into spring roll wrappers of different shapes and sizes, and cut to the size required by customers.
4. Then put the stuffings on the spring roll wrappers. The stuffings can be filled with different vegetable fillings according to different preferences.
5. Egg roll making machine use the folding device to fold and roll up the spring roll wrappers and fillings.
6. Finally, through the rolling pressing part, the spring rolls are formed by the up and down friction force.
