- Automatic Raw Material Metering and Whipping System: Flour, eggs, sugar, oil, and other raw materials are precisely proportioned using an automatic metering system and fed into a high-speed whisk or mixing system. For sponge cakes, the degree of whipping and air content are carefully controlled to ensure a delicate and fluffy texture.
- Automatic Filling and Quantitative Distribution: A servo-controlled filling system precisely injects batter into baking pans or molds. Filling error is typically controlled within ±1–2%, ensuring consistent product weight.
- Tunnel Baking System: The multi-temperature zone hot air circulating tunnel oven allows for segmented temperature control, adjusting the top and bottom heat and overall temperature profile according to the cake recipe. Baking time typically ranges from 8 to 20 minutes, depending on the product's thickness and moisture content.
- Cooling and Demolding System: Natural or forced cooling via a multi-layer cooling conveyor line stabilizes the cake's internal moisture, preventing shrinkage or collapse. Automatic demolding follows, improving production efficiency.
- Filling, Coating, or Cutting System (Optional): Depending on the product type, a butter filling machine, chocolate coating machine, or automatic cutting equipment can be configured to enable diversified product production.
- Automatic Packaging System: Connects to pillow packaging machines or tray packaging lines for single or combined packaging.
