1. Excellent mold material: The material of the wafer cup line mold is ductile iron, which is better than aluminum in durability. The carbon deposit can be easily removed, and the runner on the cone is the least, which is conducive to the formation of the cone.

2. Double panel door: Hot air overflows from the top of the door, and cold air enters from the bottom of the door. The air inside the door becomes an insulator. It reduces the heat loss of the wafer cone line's oven, saves energy and keeps the panel cool.

3. Easy demoulding: A smooth cone ejection action is achieved through the crawler and roller system. The hammering system ensures that the wafer cone or wafer cup is ejected without difficulty.

4. A motor uses a track and roller system to synchronize the opening and closing actions of the oven, batter pump and mold. The wafer cone production line is easy to operate and maintain, and the production is reliable.
