Pizzelle Production Process
- Batter Preparation and Delivery: A beater mixes the batter, then pumps it into a storage hopper. The hopper continuously stirs to prevent settling.
- Dosed Pouring and Forming: A precise amount of batter is dispensed onto the baking sheet. Pizzelles are then pressed into uniform sizes to ensure consistent product quality.
- Baking: The baking sheet enters the baking tunnel of automatic pizzelle production line. At the set temperature and time, the batter cooks, evaporating moisture and becoming crispy.
