The GELGOOG supplier customized an Argentina spring roll production line for the client, featuring core equipment such as a spring roll wrapper machine, a filling depositor, and a folding and rolling unit, with optional add-ons including an IQF tunnel freezer and a packaging machine.

Constructed from food-grade stainless steel and equipped with a servo-driven filling pump, the line maintains a weight tolerance within ±2% and supports rapid switching between various filling recipes. Equipment parameters can be adjusted to accommodate finger spring rolls, Lumpia, and standard-sized rolls.

Equipment Installation, Commissioning, and Production Launch

The project followed a turnkey installation process: shipment from China, customs clearance at the Argentine port, and delivery to the factory. Subsequent steps included foundation positioning, electrical and pneumatic connections, trial production, and parameter calibration. The supplier provided on-site commissioning and operator training covering operation, cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting while also offering ongoing remote technical support.
