Customized Egg Tart Shell Production Line in Vietnam

The customer planned to produce frozen egg tart shells for bakeries, cafés, and supermarket chains across Vietnam. Since product appearance and food safety were key concerns, they requested several customized features before confirming the order.

First, all machine exteriors were manufactured with 304 stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and compliance with food hygiene standards. In addition, the machine frame was strengthened with 4.5 mm thick side panels and bottom plates, providing better stability during continuous industrial production. The finished tart shell was designed with a reference weight of 25 g, while the final dimensions were produced strictly according to the confirmed engineering drawings.

For operator safety, the customer also required a protective cover over the molding section. Our engineering team redesigned the forming unit by adding a transparent safety guard that protects operators without affecting daily observation, cleaning, or maintenance. These customized improvements perfectly matched the customer's production expectations.

Complete Tart Shell Solution Improves Manufacturing Efficiency

Rather than purchasing a single machine, the Vietnamese customer preferred a complete Vietnam tart shell production line capable of continuous production. Based on the required output, GELGOOG supplied a fully integrated system consisting of an automatic dough feeding unit, egg tart shell forming machine, tart shell arranging conveyor, filling machine, and supporting conveying equipment.

The automatic forming machine accurately presses the dough into uniform tart shells with consistent thickness and smooth edges. After molding, the shells are transferred directly to the filling machine, which injects the filling with high precision, ensuring stable filling volume while minimizing material waste. The coordinated operation between each machine greatly reduces manual handling and significantly improves production efficiency.

Thanks to the egg tart shell production line's PLC control system and user-friendly touch screen, operators can quickly adjust production parameters for different tart shell sizes, making the equipment suitable for a variety of bakery products.
