  • To make batter: first add water to the beating bucket (use warm water around 30℃ in cold weather, cool water in hot weather), then add cooking oil, salt and other ingredients, and finally add flour. The ratio is as follows: 100kgs of flour plus 135-155kgs of water (depending on the dryness and humidity of the flour), 0.6-0.8kgs of edible oil, and 0.5-0.8kgs of salt. The flours that can be used are spring roll flour, pastry flour (low gluten), common flour (high gluten), and ≤10% cornstarch can be added when mixing the batter to make the skin shiny.
  • Set the baking temperature: the temperature can be set. According to the thickness of the spring roll paper, the rotation speed of the drum is different, and the temperature setting is also different. Generally between 110--140 ℃.
  • Spring roll skin forming: After baking, the spring roll wrappers are formed and can be cut into the same size. The thickness of conventional spring roll paper is 0.2-2mm, and other sizes of spring roll skins can be customized according to customer requirements.

Operation Steps of the Spring Roll Paper Machine

  1. Turn on the temperature controller and start heating to the desired temperature (about 160°C). Turn on the baking wheel switch and turn the baking wheel.
  2. Pour the mixed batter into the batter. After the temperature is reached, turn on the switch of the slurry pump and send the dough to the nozzle group.
  3. When the batter overflows from the nozzle and starts to adhere to the roasting wheel, adjust the feeding speed of the batter pump until both sides of the spring roll paper are flat and there are no gaps.
  4. Adjust the thickness of the spring roll papers (adjust the eccentric shafts of the rolling bearings on both sides of the nozzle to set the ideal thickness, that is, the gap between the nozzle and the roasting wheel).
  5. After the spring roll wrapper is cooked through the roasting wheel, the other end is separated and sent out by a scraper (the scraper should be close to the surface of the roasting wheel).
  6. Turn on the switch of the cutting machine, send the spring roll paper into the cutting machine, roll it into squares, and send it out through the conveyor belt. (If there is an automatic counting and folding device installed, you can set the number of folds by yourself.)
