• Ingredient Mixing: Prepare the raw materials according to the ratio according to the recipe, then pour the flour, baking soda, salt, shortening or vegetable oil and water into the dough mixer for stirring.
• Dough Forming: These materials are thoroughly stirred and mixed, and the dough is formed. We have different stirring paddles to achieve different finished product effects, with various production capacities and smooth operation.
• Cutting and Forming: The dough passes through the cutting machine and is cut into pieces. It is then pressed into a dough sheet of the same thickness and passed through a biscuit forming machine into soda crackers shapes.
• Baking: These formed crackers are transferred to a conveyor belt and fed into a baking oven. The tunnel oven is heated to a specific temperature, and the crackers pass through it, allowing for the desired baking time. The baking process transforms the dough into crispy crackers.
• Cooling and Packaging: Once the crackers are baked to perfection, they are conveyed to a cooling area where they cool down. After cooling, the crackers are ready for packaging. They may be packaged in airtight bags, boxes, or trays to maintain freshness and protect them from breakage.
